3 Oak Ave delivers first, then 4 Oak Ave, then 2 Oak Ave. Tours of homes at 3 Oak Ave begin November 1, 2026. Join the list to be notified as each building is released.
Are rents set yet?
Rents range from $1,852 to $2,950. Quoted rent does not include utilities. Electric and water/sewer are separately metered.
Are there income-restricted homes?
Yes. 25% of all homes are reserved for households at or below 80% of area median income, per 40R guidelines. The Middleborough Housing Authority will conduct a lottery. Those details will be posted shortly.
Is parking included?
Yes. Surface parking is included with the lease — 135 spaces on site, 1.25 per home. There is no garage or covered parking. Assignment details will be confirmed with the lease.
Are pets allowed?

How do I tour?

Every home has a dedicated balcony, an in-unit washer and dryer, quartz counters, a full appliance package, and ceramic tile baths. The buildings use sound-damping construction in the floors and walls so it stays quiet between neighbors.
What is the lease term?
